a note about gorillas: awhile back halle had a nightmare about gorillas coming to our house and coming to get her. she was terrified of the basement from that point on even though i assured her many imes that gorillas are in cages at the zoo and can't come out. when we got to the zoo the only thing she wanted to do was see the gorillas and basically conquer her fears. she has been fine ever since and really loved watching the gorillas that day.
